Job summary

You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, document patient activities and charges, and communicate professionally with patients, families, and medical staff.

Qualifications
- Education: CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program graduate.
- Licensure: Active State PTA license and CPR certification.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lb and stand/walk most of shift.
- Skills: Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening.
Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
- Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
