Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled PTA patient care under licensed Physical Therapist supervision.
• Document patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards and Medicare regulations.
