Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
- Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for most of a shift.
Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
- Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
