Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. The PTA will develop individualized treatment plans, address diverse impairments, and participate in in-house therapy with local management support.

Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state. Previous SNF rehab experience is preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities.
