Job summary

PACS Group in Santa Rosa, California, is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to assist the Physical Therapist with resident care. This full-time role starts at $58-$61/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid 50% at 45 days and 50% at 90 days.

Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program and California PTA licensure. Proficiency with Net Health and PointClick Care is required to document and coordinate care with the team.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from PTA program.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.
• CA PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and Rehabilitation meetings; comply with CA regulations where applicable.
• Assist nursing with training of Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with supervising PT to update physicians, nursing staff, and families.
