PACS Group seeks a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position at the Santa Rosa Post Acute facility in Santa Rosa, California. The PTA assists the staff PT with resident care, documentation, and mobility interventions. Starting rates are $58-$61 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid as 50% at 45 days and 50% at 90 days.

The role requires an Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program and active licensure in the state. Proficiency with Net Health and PCC is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care documentation.

Responsabilités

• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with facility and government requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist in training Restorative Aides and communicate progress to the team.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Assist in ordering durable medical equipment to aid mobility.
