Job summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center provides compassionate care and seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to assist under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will help residents regain mobility and improve quality of life while documenting progress and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires a California PTA license, strong teamwork, and patient-centered care. This full-time position offers a starting rate of $50-$55 per hour, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and ongoing CE

Qualifications

• California PTA license required.
• Ability to work in a team within a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Accurately document resident progress in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate residents and families on prescribed exercises and safety practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.
