Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist with resident-related activities and care.
• Maintain documentation in Net Health/Point Click Care accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences and rehab meetings.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides as needed.
