Qualificações

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state PTA licensure or certification
• CPR certification, preferred

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation).
• Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients' responses to therapy, report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercise techniques, safety precautions, and home progress strategies.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with additional observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
