Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PTA licensure.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patients’ responses and progress for review by the supervising PT.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercises, safety, and home progress.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, offering observations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
