The PTA implements therapy plans, documents care, and supports patient progress in a collaborative, compassionate environment. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll supervise technicians, participate in discharge planning, and ensure compliance with APTA standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Indiana.
• New graduate or experienced therapist.
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy techniques.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
• Provides high-quality patient care and monitors progress.
• Documents services timely and accurately for billing and compliance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and participates in discharge planning.
• Supervises technicians and ancillary personnel; mentors staff.
• Maintains adherence to APTA Code of Ethics and organizational policies.
