Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, observe patient responses, document progress, and educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and support the supervising therapist with additional observations and progress notes.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Active state PTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in PTA

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Observe patient responses to therapy and document progress for the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
