Job summary
Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in a full-time role. You will provide PT services under a licensed PT, assist residents toward mobility goals, and execute individualized care plans with empathy.

Qualifications
- Active PTA license in Georgia
- Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and helping others
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals
- Follow and implement individualized care plans with accuracy and empathy
- Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families
- Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care
