Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting services for billing, following the Plan of Care, coordinating with other disciplines, and developing individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid PTA license or state certification required, or proof of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide support care to residents seeking short-term/transitional rehab to regain independence.
• Assist in delivering quality patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document all services for accurate and timely therapy billing.
• Ensure care follows the Plan of Care and applicable guidelines and laws.
• Under PT supervision, develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed under PT supervision.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
