Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality patient care under licensed therapists.
• Document all services for accurate and timely billing of therapy services.
• Ensure patient care follows the Plan of Care and applicable guidelines.
• Under supervision, identify and develop a comprehensive plan of care and individualized therapy programs.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
