Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN to join our Waterford, MI therapy team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to deliver care in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting, with flexible scheduling and meaningful patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality physical therapy treatments per established plans of care.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function and independence.
• Collaborate with the PT, nursing staff, patients and families.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication.
• Educate patients, families and facility staff as appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.
