NovaCare Rehabilitation in Waterford, MI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient PRN coverage on our orthopedic team. This role requires travel across the Detroit area and a Mon-Fri schedule with potential transition to full-time as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with outpatient experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• State PTA license valid or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed PT as required by state practice act.
• Deliver outpatient PT services for patients, caregivers and facilities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients to foster relationships.
