Job description

The Therapy Department at our skilled nursing facility is looking for a PTA Physical Therapist Assistant to fill a PRN or part‑time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care. As the Physical Therapist Assistant, you will utilize your experience and judgment to plan and implement therapeutic interventions designed to meet the patients' treatment goals.

The PTA will implement care and interventions to improve patients' mobility. You will treat through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. By providing exercise instruction, demonstrating empathy, and documenting treatment outcomes, you will enhance patients’ physical abilities and well‑being. Our PRN staff will keep patients, families, and staff members well‑informed through effective communication.
