Qualifications

• Current, valid California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• Passion for serving geriatric and post-acute populations with compassion and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility techniques per care plans.
• Monitor and document resident progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with PT, nursing staff, and medical team regarding resident status and goals.
• Educate residents and families through personalized exercise programs and safety training.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented therapy atmosphere focused on resident-centered results.
