Position Details

Full-time, Entry level, Health Care Provider

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized physical therapy programs alongside Physical Therapists.
• Work directly with patients to facilitate maximum recovery.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress.
• Accurately record and document patient care services.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current MA State PTA License.
• Experience in SNF setting is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional patient care and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
