Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team in Hayward, Wisconsin. The position offers flexible daytime hours on an on-site basis, with your schedule built around personal commitments while contributing to a supportive clinical team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, educate patients on home exercises, and help patients use assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
