Job summary

Aegis Therapies in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Rehab Program Manager - Outpatient (PTA) to lead patient care across outpatient settings with a Monday–Friday schedule. This full-time role focuses on higher-functioning residents and leadership development within the team.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and act as liaison for the Area Manager while delivering compassionate care and building strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• As the lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as liaison for the Area Manager.
