Aegis Therapies is hiring an Outpatient PTA - Rehab Program Manager in Rochester, MN. The role supports multiple settings including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient clinics, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

The position offers full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities at a pay range of $26 to $35 per hour, reflecting flexibility across shifts and settings. Leadership duties accompany clinical responsibilities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as lead in the building.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Serve as liaison for Area Manager.
