Aegis Therapies in Rochester, MN is hiring an Outpatient Program Manager for our Rehab Program. The role combines direct patient care leadership with admin duties, including scheduling and serving as liaison for the Area Manager.

You will oversee care across settings while developing leadership skills and ensuring high-quality resident outcomes. Multiple positions (FT/PT/PRN) are available with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, delivering patient care while gaining leadership experience.
• Schedule tasks and serve as liaison for Area Manager.
