Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for Outpatient - Physical Therapy Assistant in Brownsburg, IN. This role offers great work/life balance, the option of full-time or part-time, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings.

You will lead in the building, treat patients, and develop leadership skills as the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff within a supportive team and multiple settings including assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building by treating patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks (scheduling, liaison for Area Manager).
