Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Santee, CA, is seeking a Licensed PTA to support outpatient orthopedic care. You will work with PTs to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and track progress in a collaborative clinic setting.

New grads welcome. Base pay ranges from $30–$42 per hour plus a monthly incentive up to $2,500 and student loan repayment up to $25,000. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program and licensure/certification as PTA.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Experience or comfort with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the therapist.
• Communicate with PTs regarding patient progress.
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses.
• Support adherence to attendance and caseload management.
