Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or PTA per state requirements.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
