Job summary

Base pay ranges from $30 to $42 per hour, with an additional monthly incentive up to $2,500 and student loan repayment up to $25,000. PRN supports professional growth and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTs in implementing treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Set up and maintain therapy equipment and assist with modalities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
