BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Virginia. You’ll deliver hands-on care under a licensed Physical Therapist, with mentorship and a clear career path in a modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Virginia PTA license (or eligibility)

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
