BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient orthopedics in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. We offer mentorship, competitive pay, and a clear career path within the Upstream Rehabilitation network.

We hire full-time, part-time, and PRN PTAs with a focus on helping patients regain movement and return to activities they love, backed by modern technology and strong support from central teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active SC PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
