Job summary
BenchMark Physical Therapy in Virginia is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and function.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Virginia PTA license (or eligibility).
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.
