Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, in Johnson City, TN, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics. You will deliver hands-on care under a licensed PT, develop individualized treatment plans, and track patient progress in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
