BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics. Join a collaborative team with mentorship, competitive pay, and a clear career path.

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility and function, and grow through Upstream’s training programs and tools in a modern clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Virginia PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
