Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring part-time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for a modern outpatient orthopedic setting to support patient recovery.

You’ll work under licensed PT supervision, help patients improve mobility and function, and collaborate with your clinical team. The role offers mentorship, ongoing education, and a comprehensive benefits package through Upstream.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
