BenchMark Physical Therapy in Eugene, OR is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient orthopedics within the Upstream Rehabilitation network. You’ll have mentorship, modern tools, and a collaborative environment to thrive as a PTA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Oregon PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.
