Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a PTA to provide direct rehab care at The Highlands-Life Care Center in Fitchburg, MA under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
• Licensed in the applicable state with an active license in good standing.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under the supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software and documentation tools.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and safe patient handling.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.
