Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Owosso, Michigan seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. You will provide skilled PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT and help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals to promote safety and quality outcomes.
