Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Owosso, MI is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a full-time basis.

You will provide skilled therapies under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance and functional independence, and participate in interdisciplinary care with nursing and other professionals to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
