Job summary

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under licensed PT supervision.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and daily activities.
• Monitor progress and document responses to treatment.
• Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical standards.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
