Job summary

Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Step Up Rehab as the in-house therapy provider in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This PRN role serves residents, delivering skilled PTA services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program with active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
