Job summary

Solaris HealthCare North Naples is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Naples, Florida. The PTA will support residents in regaining function under the SNF care program, within Step Up Rehab's in-house therapy team.

Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.

• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Deliver skilled PTA therapy within the SNF setting and support residents in regaining independence.
