Solaris HealthCare North Naples is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide skilled PTA therapy in the SNF, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function, and quality of life.

Licensed Florida PTA required (license-eligible accepted). SNF/post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus. In-house Step Up Rehab therapy services are provided within the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
