Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Solaris HealthCare North Naples, FL, a skilled nursing facility. You will provide PTA services inside the facility’s therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

The role requires Florida PTA licensure (or licensure eligibility) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred. This full-time position offers strong benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
