Job summary

Solaris HealthCare North Naples is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF. You will work with residents to improve safety, function, and quality of life, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team within the dedicated therapy gym.

This full-time role requires Florida PTA licensure (or license-eligible) and SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus for seamless charting and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the therapy gym within the SNF to help residents regain independence.
• Support residents in regaining function and mobility through compassionate care.
