Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluations, setting short- and long-term goals, and developing treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group treatments addressing strength, mobility, balance, gait, ROM, and modalities.
• Assist with selecting techniques/media and adapt as indicated.
• Monitor resident responses and consult PT for modifications.
• Help establish and modify resident schedules with the care team.
• Ensure timely documentation in NetHealth EMR per CMS expectations.
