Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with ability to provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment.
• Use evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Gives input for discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
