Job summary

The Springs of Batesville is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver medically prescribed therapy under supervision, assess progress, and contribute to personalized care plans for our residents.

AR-licensed PTA with SNF/long-term care exposure is preferred; new grads welcome. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay and a supportive environment focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Arkansas in good standing.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Ability to work with patients with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed physical therapy to relieve pain and improve or restore function.
• Provide PT services/interventions under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Relay information and referrals to the Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify treatment plans with PT supervision.
• Measure and record patient motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment with IDT collaboration.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Attend required Rehab Director meetings.
