Job summary

Paradigm at the Oaks in Schulenburg, TX is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive compensation, and flexible schedules. The PTA provides therapy under the supervision of a PT, documents progress, and collaborates with the care team to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy treatments.
• Familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System.
• Able to manage patients with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PT treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Provide PT services under PT supervision.
• Record motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Ensure timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Attend required rehab meetings.
