A home health therapy provider is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Tampa, FL. This position allows for a flexible schedule and is ideal for self-directed individuals who want to deliver compassionate therapy services. Responsibilities include implementing therapy programs established by licensed professionals and assisting patients with their rehabilitation exercises. Candidates should have a Florida PTA licensure and a minimum of one year experience in home healthcare preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Must carry Liability Insurance.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting patients and/or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carries out treatment plans that have been established by a licensed physical therapist.
• Directs and aids patients in therapeutic exercise and functional training.
• Documents in electronic medical records.
