Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients at home under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. You will help improve mobility and independence using therapeutic modalities in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds a current PTA license in the employment state, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to service patients in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments.
• Help patients improve mobility and daily living activities.
